Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for several assembler positions with our production team.

These positions are full time with opportunities for overtime based on need. You must be available to work Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be required. We are flexible on what your working schedule will be based on your availability.

For this role, we prefer prior experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment but we are willing to train the right candidate. The job is very fast paced and will require you to complete tasks on a deadline. You will be boxing products on an assembly line and performing basic quality assurance.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting items to be used in each project from throughout the warehouse
• Loading raw materials into machines and ensuring they are consistently available
• Using a computer and a scanner to keep track of work orders
• Completing tasks effectively and accurately
• Reviewing completed work to check for errors or defects
• Assembling boxes and products based on customer specifications
• Learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities
• Reading detailed written instructions and thoroughly understanding them
• Taking directions from your manager and completing tasks with your team

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in manufacturing is preferred but it is not required
• Strong reading and communication ability
• The willingness to complete repetitive tasks
• The ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for the entire workday
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
