Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for a packager position with our production team.

We prefer prior experience working in a manufacturing environment but we are willing to train the right candidate. This role is very physically involved and requires you to stand on your feet for extended periods of time. You will be packaging finished products and preparing them for customers.

The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, you will not be required to work on the weekends. This is a full time position and may require overtime based on project necessity.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Following detailed instructions to package customer orders
• Using a scanner to gather products off of shelves
• Completing quality checks to locate any defects that may have occurred in production
• Stacking boxes and palletizing outgoing orders
• Working with your team to complete projects effectively
• Learning to operate packaging machines and additional job requirements
• Applying shipment labels to each order and ensure they are ready for pickup
• Assisting customers with finding their products
• Working on a packaging line and completing repetitive tasks

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a packager is preferred but it is not required
• The ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• The willingness to work in a fast paced environment
• Remaining detail oriented at all times
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
